7th & Bridge Development

This project proposes a boutique hotel with an integrated automated parking structure, located in the historic Arts District of Los Angeles, on Seventh and Santa Fe Ave and adjacent to the Kodo Hotel and restaurant. The development is designed to serve the anticipated demand for additional parking infrastructure to support a growing campus of retail, restaurant, and live/work spaces in the surrounding area. The building will accommodate between 5-8 levels of automated parking and two levels of boutique hotel use, including a hotel lobby and a half-floor of residential units on the ground level. Combining contemporary design with industrial and historical references, the project aims to create a forward-looking yet contextually rooted addition to the neighborhood fabric.
